Artwork Requirements
Following these guidelines helps us deliver the sharpest, most accurate print possible.
File Formats
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and PSD files. Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) are strongly preferred for screen printing.
Resolution
Raster files (PNG, PSD) must be at least 300 DPI at the intended print size. Low-resolution files may result in pixelated prints.
Color Mode
Set your file to CMYK for digital (DTG/DTF) prints, or provide a Pantone (PMS) color reference for plastisol screen printing.
Transparent Background
PNG files should have a transparent background unless the design includes a solid fill. Avoid white backgrounds on dark garments.
Fonts
Outline all fonts before saving. This prevents font substitution if we don't have the same typeface installed.
File Size
Maximum upload size is 25 MB per file. For larger files, use a file-sharing link (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer) in the notes field.
